Pastels in Winter...why not?

I love the colors and textures for Fall/Winter;  its one of my favorite seasons for fashion because I believe it's the perfect time to don the colors I love (the burgundy's & oxblood, teals, gold hues), as well as mix textures which is one of my favorite things to do.  But don't get stuck in a rut this season and think that you have to stick to what's the norm.

A popular trend is to wear winter pastels, which although may seem odd for those wintry, chilly days, is actually a trend that looks fab!  I love the winter pastel colors (of which there are many!), and think it can look super chic.  Don a gorgeous baby pink or icy blue winter coat, or pair a mint green sweater with lavender skinnies!  Don't save these great colors for spring, see how you can incorporate them into your wardrobe this season, and feel cheered by the loveliness of these sherbet hues!
